The thermal oxidiser lends itself well to treating
‘problem’ waste liquid and/or gas streams, whether
they be dust laden or contaminated. They are
designed for simple maintenance and trouble free
operation.
They can handle a wide range of
process parameters including variable waste flowrate,
calorific value, temperature and oxygen content.
The thermal oxidisers are designed to have
relatively fast start-ups lending themselves well to
either batch working or shift processes.
Through the use of heat exchangers, boilers, pre-heaters
and economisers, energy may be recovered for use either
locally or for other areas on the site.
